| Music, art and design are key elements of Twyford’s
curriculum. Not only are there lessons for all pupils but also
extra curricular clubs and boarding activities.
Over 80% of pupils take individual music lessons and Twyfordians
have gained 19 music scholarships to senior schools since
2000. However, the School emphasises music for all pupils,
with concerts for the whole range of ability taking place
during the each term.
Art and design are taught in spacious, purpose-built rooms
and examples of the pupils’ expertise are found on display
throughout the School. Pupils’ work has been shown in
local exhibitions.
